Clincove Clinical Trial App
Early-stage clinical trial teams relied on spreadsheets and disconnected tools to manage patient data, documentation, and study workflows.
Designed and launched the platform from the ground up — unifying EDC, Source Medical Records (SMR), document workflows (eISF/eTMF), and task management into a single system. Built to support real-world trial operations with seamless data flow, real-time visibility, and cross-team collaboration.

Early product workflows — meeting setup, timelines, and task coordination — were complex and fragmented, making it difficult for users to quickly understand and act within the system.
Designed the MVP from the ground up — rethinking meeting setup, timeline flows, and fullscreen interaction into a streamlined, intuitive experience. Focused on reducing cognitive load through clear hierarchy, guided actions, and simplified workflows, enabling users to move from setup to execution without friction.

The existing desktop platform was complex and fragmented — managing appointments, patient records, billing, and operations across multiple modules made navigation difficult and slowed down daily workflows.
Redesigned the enterprise platform to unify core systems — appointments, patient records, sales, and communication — into a cohesive desktop experience. Introduced a structured dashboard, clearer navigation, and improved information hierarchy to help teams manage operations efficiently at scale.
